• Main Point of Contact and Liaison for Vendors, Bridal Party, and Immediate Family on the Wedding Day

• Create a Comprehensive Schedule for the Wedding Day for Bridal Party, Family, and Vendors

• Introductory Email to all Vendors

• 1 Venue Review to See the Space

• 1 Final Walkthrough with Venue/Cater

• Contact and Confirm all Logistics with Vendors

• Up to (3)-1 Hour Long Meetings relating to Personal Wedding Questions/Concerns (in person or virtual)

• Available to text/call with quick questions

• Organize and Dismiss Ceremony Down the Aisle in a Timely Manner

• Run Ceremony Rehearsal (up to 2 days prior to wedding- based upon availability)

• Oversee Dinner Service, and Assist Cater/Venue as Needed

• Distribute Vendor Payment

• Available for up to 8 hours on Wedding Day. Décor Set Up automatically extends this timing.
